A number of friends are asking me as to who was our property manager. I told them we were actually referred also by my brother to their broker. Some friends are interested to check out lots still available in our area so I told them to also check on those known property management and and property preservation companies like maxim enterprises. It is important to inquire and get from an entity that has been providing wide range of services.  The company even includes services like damage estimates, lawn maintenance and even helping you pick the right contracting firm to do your house.  Told my friends, it won't hurt if they would inquire.

to the husband to buy a motorcycle if he would give in to all my bday requests! Hahaha. So he is so interested to buy a motorcyle since he has been talking to our new neighbor about big bikes you know. Last night, I heard them talking about cruising parts and even those kuryakyn that I don't even know what for.  All I know is that our neighbor is ordering all his parts from Cruiser Customizing site.  He said all motorcycle parts and accessories are available there.  From exhaust system, to helmets and jackets which he all has!  Amazing!  He is also a member of a certain bike club and he is been convincing the husband to join as well.  But then again, I would only allow the husband to get for himself if he would buy me the new bagsssss, I am eyeing for!  See the sssss?  hehehe, since the cost of that big bike is equivalent to those bagssss!  Hahaha!

Have you heard about tattoo dating? I can't imagine there is one. But yes, there is one after hearing from the TV last night. Well, there is a website for those people who loves tattoos and do have some in their bodies. It is a dating site for single tattoo lovers. Interesting huh? Atleast, birds of the same feather flock together. Well, I have friends who vowed not to marry or even date a guy with tattoo. So at least here, you get to meet someone of your same interest. The site is 100% free for sign-up and can create a dating profile. I have never imagined that online dating can be preferential as this but it is quite interesting.

1.  A new bag (yes, I just can't get give up this obsession!)

2.  A new watch (still on my list the Philip Stein watch which the husband is still not getting me)

3.  A travel locally and internationally before the year ends.  I hope the swine flu scare would really be gone soon.

4.  A _-carat ring that would partner my earrings!  (I'm broke after getting the pair!)

5.  And the one that I would likely to receive as per the husband cause he doesn't want to think anymore, a money envelope with cash of course, from the loving husband!  lol!  I hope the promised cash gift would suffice to buy number one!  lol! Hahaha!

Another year older...

for me in the next couple of days. Sometimes, I can't help but worry about ageing. I admit, I sometimes worry about wrinkles and adult acne that can happen to anyone especially those ladies on my age. It's time to renew our health insurances. I am getting overwhelmed with a lot of expenses coming my way! Renewal of car registration, a number of parties in the house, a lot of things to still buy for the house. Hay! Its truly overwhelming! I would be meeting with the Account Executive tomorrow so I hope this would really work.

Plain as it is...we are still improving it. That's the half-court of the husband.  Now, I didn't realize how hard it is to grow grass and how expensive it is actually. I hope to put a some more plants which could be in time for the parties happening by next month. For the meantime, the kids are just loving the cemented area as they do biking and running around there every afternoon. Some of the friends who saw it says, we can have picnic there and camping as it is! Hahaha! Let's see. Told them to start getting some Camper Parts  already! lol! There are lots in Camping World from tents, accessories and equipment for rv, motorhome and camper! But aside from interest in getting camping/picnic materials, I am browsing for nice play sets for the kids like playhouse, slide and swing to complete the lawn area. And oh, I want those green umbrellas like the one from coffee shops complete with a very cozy garden set!  I wish I am growing money also in the garden so I can buy all of these!!! lol!

I am amazed on what I learned about mosquito magnet reviews. I wonder as to where I could get it locally? Its a wonderful product which is so appropriate for our current climate. And with us moving to the new house, we need to be equipped for this kind of material especially with kids around. There's an open space beside our place so we wanted to be mosquito-free.  My kiddos are kinda prone to mosquito bites so as the husband.  And I get irritated when I see marks on their legs especially with my girls.  Its reddening and eventually becoming a dark spot. Getting a mosquito magnet could be my solution for this problem.  I hope I can find something locally.

And what's great about it is that I can purchase this swimsuit using my paypal.  The site has various designs available online and at incredibly good prices.  I hope our plan to hit the beach would push through.  Although, it may not be summer anymore, we are still looking forward that the kids may enjoy playing on the sand.  And I can't wait to get a tan.  It is a plan that needs to be decided soon.  Apparently, I was suprised that the rates of travelling international is even cheaper rather than availing of the local resort rates.  Oh well, I hope we can arrive at the final decision soon.

for an all-american made work boot for my nephew who would use it for his hiking activity in school. I have searched online and found out that I can buy such from Work Boot USA and it is good that they can accept paypal. It would be my birthday gift for him already, an advance gift that is. I just hope I would get to buy the right size for him.  I am not sure how to get it properly.  But I hover the rules of the site and learned that they can accept replacement as well.  I hope he would like it as I'm making it a suprise for him because my brother said that my nephew has been checking boot sites for a week now.

And I'm so happy with the results that the unassuming, very humble but ultimately talented Kris Allen won!  I couldn't be any happier!  Since my first bet Danny Gokey got booted out last week, it is still a great news to finally see Kris Allen bagging the final round.  I am very vocal about it that I am not at all an Adam fan.  I know the guy is good but his performances are not my cup of tea.  Kris would be in airwaves very, very soon and I can't wait to buy his new album (so as for Danny Gokey hopefully)! A truly soulful singer!

With the recent risk of recession now, a number are really afraid to lose their jobs. So it would really best to secure our savings or income for the future of the family. Well, aside from getting pre need plans like educational plan, my husband and I are on the look out on how to really protect our income. We have checked with banks and other financial institution on how to properly do it. We got an income protection quote from one bank and we are highly considering it. With our house being mortgaged, it is appropriate to ensure the financial security of our two kids on anything uneventful that may happen.

with a lot of things to do today. After a quick-get away last weekend, I still have a hang-over from it. And I'm getting pre-occupied in browing hundreds of pictures from the paparazzis. I hope I can focus on things I would have to do like training a new household help and going to the bank to check the latest Bank CD Rates or else I would just check it online.

To push through or not?

We are not yet sure if we would push through for our trip this July. With the current scare about Swine Flu, it feels like it is not safe to travel to any parts of the world even if the country is still swine flu-free. The husband said to wait for few more weeks to finally decide if we would go or not. Also, he is not having a heart to leave the kids yet so we would decide also if we would bring them along. Now, he is asking me instead to check out the travel insurance quote that was submitted to us by our travel agency. He said it might be worthy to get one for our upcoming trip.

Fixtures...

We are happy with the fixtures that were placed in the house especially the kohler sinks and faucets. But the aunt is also suggesting about Grohe faucets. Maybe for the room that we are putting up in the lawn area, we would consider it actually. It was suggested to us to put an entertainment room there where we could put the billiards table of the husband. It is where the guests can really hang out. Of course, we would have to put up a comfort room there as well.  Apparently, there are still some things we need to purchase this weekend so I need to make a list now. 

Where to research?

Would you know as to where I can research about Colonix program reviews? I need to make a paper about it since I have a new corporate client who wants me to research on it since they are launching a new product for that one. Yes, its a pharmaceutical company. This is one of the reasons why I am so busy these days. Working on a launch of two companies which would happen on June. When it rains, it pours! So I am a busy bee again.  I thank God for blessings for clients. I needed these as I have tons of things I want to buy for the house and I am saving up for something in time for my birthday! Wish, wish, wish!

Outing this weekend...

We are finally going swimming this weekend.  Well, I'm happy for the kids cause its the only time they can hit the pool.  Too bad, we didn't have chance to hit the beach this year so we can only afford to join friends for an outing.  I am not sure if I would go swimming cause I do not want to show my bulges!  Wish an appetite suppressant for 3 days would work so I can wear something like this...



But naaa! so I would probably ask the husband to just swim with the kids. And with all the paparazzis who would be on that outing, I do not want to shame myself after they tag me in FB! lol!

for the lawn area to be fixed. 


This was how it looks like when we moved a week ago. But its better looking now. The landscaper is arriving today so we would plot already the blue grass. Ok, so I finally agreed for a basketball court inside after the husband's pleading. I realized we can use the area when we have parties so tables and buffet area could be there. It would atleast not destroy the green area. I can't wait for this to be done since I am planning to work out on this area. Yes, under the sun! Hahaha. I am determined to really lose weight and exercise would do the trick. I am hoping I won't need any of those diet pills that work anymore.

A dog?

The kids are bugging me to get a dog for the house. They love playing with the dog of my nephews. But I am really not keen yet to get one since my other daughter is still recovering from her atopic dermatitis. The dermatologist is not suggesting it actually. Besides, that could be additional household expense you know, like immunizations, dog supplies, and even hefty prices for dog salons and grooming. Will probably get one when the kids are bigger already.  

Dues

Oh its the middle of the month already and there's a long line of dues by May15 including monthly auto insurance. I was suprised to see my credit card bill since I bought a lot of items in time for our move to the new house. Thank God, work/business is still ok to survive on this trying times. A number are really complaining how times are hard at this time. I am grateful husband and I do have stable job/business which can really sustain us atleast.  But I then realize especially with a new household, that I should take measures to have a list of saving tips to lessen monthly expenses!  I dread to receive our electricity bill since we had a number of parties happening in the house lately and that means, our 3-toner aircon is always on.  Gee, I wonder how much we would end up this month?

All good news...

I have been receiving lately pretty a lot of good news, from friends getting married (finally!), to new friends who are pregnant again and two friends who sent me also birth announcements. I am so happy to receive these good news. I am pretty happy also for my friends.   Went out with friends last night and one of our topics is as to when we do plan to get pregnant again.  Oh, I am hoping I am not actually.  Not at this time, since I still want to travel.  Maybe, next year would do.  So no good news like that from me yet ok?

It was a tiring weekend...

with two parties in a row! I'm just so tired. We had simple celebrations with relatives for the blessing of the house. Everyone complimented the house that is why we are so overwhelmed. The kids enjoyed the play room as well. But the garden is not yet fixed. We would have another set of parties by June in time for our joint birthday celebrations. Well, the stress I got in preparing for two parties makes me not need any diet pill anymore. So that should be good news isn't?  So I'm still looking forward to another set of parties so I can shed some more extra weight!

not buying tickets for the Hatton-Pacquiao fight tomorrow. Can you believe that most tickets are sold at an incredibly high price and mostly sold out in most theaters? In fact, its like those New York Yankees tickets where you have to get in advance. Gladly, the husband got a ticket still. He can't pass without watching it in big screen. Even if we do have a party in the house tonight, he is willing to still wake up early for this. As well as move our party tomorrow to dinner time because of the said fight.  He is just a fan.  Well, I hope our very own Pacman would win this biggest fight.  And that he can bring home the glory again.
