I accompanied the husband last sunday to watch his favorite team for basketball play for the semi-finals. Good thing we were able to get tickets still despite the long cue of line in the arena. Well, thanks to online service of redline, who sells Tickets for Sports games in the area. We were actually able to get good seats in the lower box corner. It was a great game and of course the husband's favorite team won! And we capped it with a good dinner at CYMA. We left the kids to my parents' place so it was our time for ourselves. It was indeed a good sunday...a continuation of his birthday celebration.

Flickring!
is kinda addicting! Aside from its addicting to actually upload pictures and comment not-stop to my online friends pictures, it is also kinda addicting to shopping! It's a shopper's haven for watches, shoes, and bags! yes, lots and lots of bag. Gee, I am hoping I won't need rehabilitation from shopping just like any drug rehab! Hahaha. Shopping could really be addicting you know. I am going crazy with all the coach bags and noe even kate spade bags that are on sale on their sites. On the other hand, I am making a write-up re regarding drug rehab for a pharmaceutical company I am working with now. Need to make a research on it since we are launching an event that would boost the awareness of it through the company's effort. This is one of my projects. So enough of flickring now and I would go back to working!

I have never seen...
a person which so much public speaking anxiety other than he wedding host we had last weekend. Apparently, he is one of the couple's friends. Gosh, I almost took his microphone when he actually didn't know what to say when asked to introduce the speakers for the night. I mean, what's hard with that when he just have to call out the names of the bestman and the maid of honor? As I always mention to my clients, I prefer professional hosts most of the time so you get a very good and spontaneous program which won't be boring at all. Sometimes, clients are hard-headed. I could have hosted that wedding instead! Now, I am thinking to include that in our services.

This morning...
this is my breakfast!
Calorie overload! Bad, Bad, Bad. Ok, I also had french toast with ham and cheese as well. It's definitely a good day huh! Now, I really need to work on the best fat burner in the market today as I cannot control my eating. I would just probably take the pill and try my luck in running around the village so I can keep up with my weight. I am not expecting to really lose so much but at least not gain any pounds anymore. Today is a busy day as usual. So the royce chocolates are my early stress-reliever! lol!

How funny it could be. I am wishing I have the same sexy figure as well like Beyonce. I wonder what's the diet pill that works for her. I wonder if she really uses one. It's so hard sometimes to really get fit. With all the parties I have to attend to, I'm getting bigger each time. So I am taking exercise seriously this time. I would like to lose about 20lbs before I even agreed with the husband to get pregnant again, lol!

Done!
I finally decided on what home insurance to get. The husband is finally happy that I did my assignment this time. What made me decide on getting that insurance firm is because they are giving away free wireless alarm. Its such a good deal that I got plus I was able to convince the broker to give us a great discount since we insured two properties. We would need to finalize things today and sign all contracts. Finally, I was able to accomplish something this weekend which is important. Now, we have a peace of mind whenever we need to leave the house.

None yet...
Gee, got to find the right home insurance already as the husband has been bugging me about it. I wrote about it here that he asked me to review different quotes from different agents. I am confused with a number of options and consideration in getting one. I am hoping to get something like the benefits of a residential landlord insurance from a site which I reviewed. This one is actually available in UK. I hope there's something like it in our area though. This kind of insurance is highly recommended since it protects your property against risks such as flood and fire. And if you own different properties, its a good policy to acquire to get a good deal. They actually give discounts for portfolio of properties. We are thinking to get one time for all the properties we've got.

On July...
I would be back to the gym! I am going back to my love for dancing. So I am back in attending dance classes as well. I hope to see again my favorite instructor for the hip-hop dance. I am now preparing for it as I am preparing for my gears. I already checked my shoes if it is still ok. Good thing I don't need to buy a new one yet. But what I need to get are new gym clothes particularly the ones I can use in my classes. I saw discount dancewear from Capezio's site and I so love to get 3 new sets from them. Gee, I'm excited again for this. I should just fit well to the size I am ordering.

More Travel...
is what I am looking forward always. Now that we have moved to the new house, my next target really is have the time of our lives travelling the whole world. One of the destinations I plan not to miss is to travel to Europe. Aside from the popular cities within it, I also love to go to Portugal! A friend told me that its so easy to navigate and plan a trip in Portugal. She told me not to miss to go to Lisbon and Ponta Delgada. These two are some of the famous destinations in the country. And she said, hiring a car in portugal is as easy as 1-2-3 if you get the services of a cheap car hire portugal like 121. Oh, I can't wait to plan a travel in Europe soon, maybe like in 2 years time. I'm pretty sure the husband would approve as it would be our 10th year wedding anniversary to one another!

Another party...
is happening this weekend. It's the husband's birthday tomorrow so we invited his friends to join us. Again, it would be in our open lawn area. I hope it won't rain so everybody would have a grand time. We ordered food through a catering and lots of booze as well. Now, with the frequent parties in the house, there's a lot line-up still, I am thinking to get already an outdoor kitchen. Some actually blocked off the dates already for the party. I should start thinking to rent the venue as well, lol. But kidding aside, I am seriously considering to buy a weatherproof cabinets, garden table sets, barbeque islands and outdoor bars. I just need to have the husband approve the budget and I would definitely get it from Werever.com They have great pieces that I can't wait to own!

Munching...
on this today...
This is my current fave for breakfast, the french toast with ham and cheese inside and maple syrup! Yum, yum, yum. I am blessed to have a good cook recently. She's well versed to the type of food I want and the husband and what the kids even want. In fact, she came previously from a restaurant that is why she is so familiar with international dishes even oriental ones. She said she even studied basic culinary before. That's a good deal after all in getting this household help. Now, the husband is thinking to utilize her talent and review the option of opening a restaurant. Still need to do a feasibility study on it as it is important to find the perfect location and whip up the perfect recipes in putting up one. Now, Business Loans for such would also be ideal. I have heard about advance restaurant finance which could be of good help for those upgrading or even initially putting up a business. Well, getting the best competitive rates should be a top priority in any kind of loans. These are still wild plans but who knows, it might push through!

The birthday gift...
for the husband is not PS3. I have asked him if he wants to upgrade his PS2 or probably get an Xbox or Wii but he turned down all those options. Instead, he wants an RC Truck which he can play in our lawn area. So together with my daughter, we purchased yesterday the big truck from a nearby toy store. As he cannot resist not to open yet until the morning of his birthday tomorrow, he was helped by the kids today before he went to the office to open his present. He loves it so much that I got a big kiss from him! (wink!)

Baby Boy...
is what we really hope for our 3rd born. No, I am not pregnant yet but we are planning another one probably mid-next year. I really hope its baby boy this time. My friends and I are talking about this plan and we are saying that we would really be fun to go on a batch. In fact, we are planning on stuff to buy already for the upcoming kids because of the number of sites that offers great products online. And as for me, I am drooling over a new Baby Bedding set which would be perfect for a little boy.
The set includes a Baby Crib Quilt, 4 piece Baby Crib Bumper, 1 Baby Crib Fitted Sheet, 1 Baby Crib Skirt (Dust Ruffle), 2 extra wide Window Valances, 1 Diaper Stacker, 1 Toy Organizer, 1 Decorative Pillow, and a bonus gift of free matching high quality hand made zipper bag with handle. Gee, I want, I want to buy even I am not pregnant yet! But it's crazy if I'll do that. I will just recommend to my other friends who are expecting this time for a baby boy this beautiful Baby Bedding Sets.

We want DirecTV!
Apparently, the husband have asked the neighbors to sign a petition letter to have a cable TV installed in our place. 5 of us in the neighborhood were able to get our connections two weeks ago. But there are just a number of complaints including from us since it has not been giving good signals for all the TV channels. Now, we are thinking to just get a direct tv, since we found out that it offers a better quality service. The husband is now contacting DirecTV to visit our premise and explain in our neighborhood what's the best deal they can offer to us. We, including all other friends within are area are interested in their variety of programming and what pricing do they offer that differs from other cable providers. We might all be a convert!

I want this!

Nice right? It's Vivienne Westwood for Melissa! But I think I like the color gold better but no size for me. It took me minutes before I actually took this off from my feet. And no, I still didn't get because I am not in the mood for shopping because I am saving for new pc memory as I want to upgrade ours. A number of our pictures need to be downloaded already, that's why. But I can't sleep last night thinking of this hot shoes! Let's see if I would trade off my budget.

Back to reading?
I miss reading books actually. Since I became a mom, I actually seldom read books anymore, well not to mention the nursery rhymes and children books that I read to my kids. But reading pocket books was one of my favorite past times. But I got too busy and preoccupied that I just want to sleep at night after a day's work. I actually haven't read Twilight so I cannot relate to my other twittermates. But in fact, they were saying that I can just go back to my hobby by downloading some ebooks. Someone directed me to eBook Search Engine where I can find lots of titles available to be downloaded. Its a complete and wide selection of ebook bases which some young programmers finished to make searching for titles a whole lot easier. In fact, it can even help if you can't remeber the exact title since it has a search selection even for the ebooks texts. Amazing huh? I want to try it sometime. Let's see if I would go back to my love for reading!

The best there is...
I am wondering as to where I could get the best carpet cleaner in our area like the Atlanta Carpet Cleaning company who is a well-known service provider on this category. Although not this soon yet, but I want our carpet in the living room to be shampooed one of this days. You see, we have recently moved by the kids are just extremely chaotic when playing so my daughter actually spilled her chocolate drink the other day! I want to hire a service cleaning company like the one above that provides all cleaning needs. In fact, this could be timely for the upcoming birthday party of the husband here in the house in two weeks time. I want also the the tiles to be sanitized, the furnitures to be polished and the lawn to be tamed. Any leads as to where I could call for a company like this? I know they only provide in Georgia, Atlanta but I just wish they can service me as well to where I am from. Leads would be appreciated.

For my event tomorrow...
I was asked by the client to look for contingency measures in case it rains. Our venue would be outdoor so I am also watching over the weather from today till tomorrow. No more problem with the tent since i have already tentatively booked a supplier for that. But what I need to look for now is a provider of Diesel Generators. In fact, I am looking for something like Towable Diesel Generators. I thing Bowers Generator System offers it. They do have a wide selection of measures of generators from Diesel Generator to Natural Gas Generator. I hope I can find something within my area to rent. I have a specific requirement regarding the capacity of the generator since we are putting up a full band set-up and complete with mood lighting and dancing lights. I also need a rental unit that operates quietly and offers optimum performance and superior reliability for my 5-hour event. I have rented few before and I wasn't quiet happy with the supplier since it is so annoying to hear the sound of the unit plus it also broke down in the middle of the event. Imagine my shame since I contracted that supplier! Generators are supposed to be a conduit to a reliable uninterrupted power source so it should really be in perfect working condition all the time. I really hope to find one suited for my need before the day ends.

I am very busy...
today. Because aside from some deadlines to meet for my work, my husband is actually bugging me to check and review the proposals of agents for our home insurance. I need to carefully review the provisions, coverages, premiums and everything else. Its taxing to read a lot of contracts. I can't even concentrate. But gee, we need to decide soon since we are leaving for trip soon so we want the insurance in place already before we leave. Its like having a peace of mind for our house from any accidents like fire or burglar.

Could this be year?
that I would get my ultimate dream watch? I have been checking on HK and Guam hotels for our upcoming trip on September and November when I came across an advertisement of www.bestoftime.com in one of the travel sites. I have been wanting to get this...
Mega drool! I want to get the Ladies Rolex DateJust White MOP Pave Diamond Lugs Oyster SS Heavy Link Bracelet! And its at 1,000usd off from that site! Gee, it is also accepting paypal for payments! Can it be so true? Oh, I hope, really really hope that someone out there is actually reading this! So I am now thinking if I would get it online or I would wait till we get to HK to buy one. Hmm, could it be cheaper there? But based on the site, it offers huge discounts from the manufacturer's retail price. They offer genuine Rolex watches in specific quantities so they offer very low mark-up. I wish I would have EQ to control! lol!

Would I need a payday loan?
After twittering for days, I became a "willing victim" of the "for sale items in Flickr!" So now, I am thinking if I would need one. Lol! How could I get those No Credit Payday Loans? Hahaha, it could be ironic to get one if I am also the boss! I am like borrowing from my own money? Anyway, for my friends out there who are already broke after shopping more than 2 coach bags, I would recommend simple loans which are available online. You will get approved right away with no requirememts for credit checks..Amazing huh? Makes you want to buy more bags. Lol!

About Insurance Continuing Education...
I am researching about it. I have been contemplating on how else to earn money. With this trying times, one must really be efficient in working your way up. To make yourself more afluent or say the least, someone who could really get by. One consideration is like involving myself to insurance selling. My friend who has been selling insurance policies for years now is saying that it would be worth for a try to check if it could be a right product/service for me to sell. I'm not very well sure if I would be up to it but my friend said she would support me for it. In fact, she's recommending to me to check out already possible insurance continuing education available online. She said that since I am working from home, it could be best for me to know more about it. She herself said was beneficial to what she actually enrolled to. She gets some self-study online vouchers, CD-ROMs and books. She is attesting as to how it has helped her hone her selling skills. Well, maybe, I should check just the basic first!

Love this city!
Do you know where this is?
I fell in love on this city when we last went there last 2006. I love the location, the hilly parts, the weather, the people...San Francisco! I just love it there! I was telling the husband that it could be the city where I want to live in case we consider highly migrating. And with that, I would definitely want to get a house that is done and built by known San Francisco General Contractors. There is a website that has put the list together and makes it easier in finding the right contractor. I know how hard it could get in screening a good one that won't hit too much your pocket but would still do a tremedously great job in buidling your dream house. In fact, it would be better to check if the certain contractor have complaints filed against them. Also, consider their licensing and insurance coverage. Oh, it could really be a headache. So really better to get from a bureau that lists all possible option and have a great job of comparisons on the choices. How nice it could be to be living in the city you love most! Wish it could happen in our lifetime! lol!

Caught!
I caught the husband last night browsing the SUV Reliability Review Website. He is trying to compare a Toyota Fortuner vs a Mitsubishi Montero Sports. Looks like he is planning something! lol. Though, I am hesitant to buy a new vehicle at this time, he is actually highly considering it. He said that we even don't need to get new power steering rack if we would definitely get a brand new one. But he said getting a second hand is also an option which I am not in favor at all. Since I do not like repairs for 2nd hand cars. A friend who bought a second hand fortuner complained about replacing the steering box of the unit they bought. Although the husband said that in such case, we could get reasonably priced parts for all steering rack and steering box needs from an online supplier complete with warranty and shipping. Let see, if he could convince me!

Birds in the garden...
My little girls were ecstatic a while ago when they saw some birds in the garden! Oh specially, my second...she was jumping for you! It's amazing how these birds are actually flocking in that one small tree that we have. It's such a joy to see the kids! I think they love to see the birds flying around the garden. Now, it makes me think to get some best hummingbird feeders which can actually attract such birds to stay inside our garden. The kids would surely be amazed about it. In fact, I know that there are different brands or birds feeders available depending on one's need. Like either it is for a hobbyist or just an amateur bird watcher, one can get a feeder that would be appropriate for one's need. I was even looking at one which is on clearance for just less than 40usd. I'm sure our neighbors would also talk about cause it proves to be a favorite spot for tiny birds. It's the Garden Song Garden Ballet Large Hummingbird Feeder Mobile. I'm sure it would be perfect to change on the small palm tree we have. I'm excited to tell the husband so I can ask him to get for the kids, lol!

Just curious...
An aunt went to some Beverly Hills Plastic Surgeons on her recent trip in Los Angeles. I am suprised when I last saw here. Indeed, she improved her looks. Apparently, she said that she found the right doctor to go to because she has checked a site that includes all the best surgeons in the area of Beverly Hills. And if you are looking for one in other state, the site also have a complete list of all the great doctors who can help you look your best. I am curious, I am thinking to check one maybe next year when we go there. Hmm, but not really to ask for something to be changed, I am just curious on how their clinics look like inside. I'm sure it's fabulous as it is located in Beverly Hills. I would just passby to peak when I go check the Chanel store in Beverly Hills!

Accent Chair...

I like the above as an addition to my Home Office Furniture. I need an access chair that would break the look of the office and makes it cozier. I hope Spacify.com has it in red as I would like to order it already. But the husband said the white looks better. I'm just worried that it would easily get dirty. The site offers a number of nice pieces for the home office. I have been drooling over it. What's more good about it is that they do accept paypal and free shipping to some of the furnitures. I need to convince the husband to get some other stuff from them so we can really save up on shipping cost.

Gardening...
is my one of my new found hobby lately. If you have seen though our lawn, you would say that still need to improve on it. Its been raining lately so we cannot find time to plant the new ones we got. I wish we could have a beautiful garden as what I saw from Phoenix Landscaping website. They have been in the business for 18 years now and they have been creating beautiful landscapes and gardens that can complement every home. Besides, they do provide a drawing design of the plot plan before entirely working on the said project. So you can review your final decision first. I also have been thinking to hire a landscape maintenance group, which I learn that they do also. For the meantime, since the plants that we have are still manageable, I think I can still work around with it with the aid of my able household help. Putting a gazebo would also be our next target for the garden. And we plan the old billard table of the husband there as well. It could really be a great venue for parties. We would definitely hold a number of parties there.

New Swimwear...
I know summer could be over but I am going ga-ga over checking out new Swimwear for the kids from Sun Wave Sports. They do have unbeatable sale prices of cute wears for the kids. Oh, I'm so tempted to get since they offer their products tax free and with free shipping. They you get some free coupons in purchasing items online. I am also looking for new swim wear for me. Not yet sure though, but we are also looking to go to Guam or Hawaii this year. Cross-fingers, I hope this could push through. Can you see, I'm so itching to travel since it has been posted all across my blogs?

Lazy Summer Days
Grabbed this from Abie.
1. What is your ideal past time on a Lazy Summers Day? Swimming!
4. Chilled glass of wine or chilled pop/juice? I would choose chilled pop juice.
5. If it’s too hot do you try to tan like a lobster or go inside? Will try to go inside an airconditioned room.
6. Do you worry about the risk of cancer when binge sunbathing? Actually, it makes me think about the risk. I'm so freaking worried about the Big C. So I know how important it is to get a Medicare supplement, an insurance plan that would make you at peace in dreading the medical expenses in acquiring a disease.

2 Parties in a row...
Yes, with two parties in a row in the new house, I feel so tired! But both were great parties, especially the one last Thusday. Was so thankful to all my friends from the industry who braved the strong rain and heavy traffic just to celebrate my birthday party. Some even came all the way from a wedding in Baguio. And with the rain over pouring for two consecutive days and until today, I think I need to get new rugs. You see, I only got few new pieces when we moved here. Pathetic that I do not have replacements. I want to get those area rugs I saw online which have amazing modern designs. I hope they do accept paypal!

I'm definitely a Mac!
You Are a Mac |
![]() You are creative, stylish, and super trendy. You are a bit obsessed with gadgets, and you like owning the newest devices. You aren't the type of person who separates work from pleasure. In your opinion, all work should be fun. You love creating. Aesthetics are very important to you. You like to be surrounded by beautiful, sleek things. You demand the best - even if it costs an arm and a leg. |

Found one!
I have been visiting some Fine Art Gallery for sometime now as I am looking for a perfect piece for our dining hall. It isn't always easy to choose as I want a modern design or art sketch in particular. In fact, I even browsed from the Paragon Fine Art online and saw something which I really like. Now, I just wonder as to how can I have that painting shipped in my area. I also wonder if it would be arriving in time for my husband's bday party three weeks from now. I better be looking for a very reliable shipping company for this.

Start of school...
I cannot believe summer is already over and next week would be almost start of school already. I have two kids going to school this year. Where did all the years go by is my drama question again! lol! My second daughter would be going to a play school already near our place. We visited the school yesterdat as it has been recommended by my sister-in-law. I am very impressed in what I saw, from the pre school furniture, to the materials and all the facilities inside the campus. In fact, the school directress was a former teacher in Texas so she has brought teaching method here quite well. I like their desks, chairs and rollaway tables, which I believe are mostly imported and bought online from ATDAmerica School Furniture Store. So I would be wearing my mommy hat for the whole of next week as I bring my second daughter to her new school.

Travel to Vegas
next year is what the husband promised me last night. Although, I am still convincing him for other travel plans within the year which I hope would push through as well. But next year, we plan to go during summer time and hope to catch some show like Phantom Las Vegas. If we can get bookings already for our airline tickets, would defnitely book tickets as well for the said show in Las Vegas. I hope ShowLasVegas.com would still offer the same specials next year like what they have this year. I know they are the premier Las Vegas show ticket seller online, where my sister-in-law got also when we were there 2 years ago.
They said it is a must to watch a show when you are in Las Vegas. One of my favorites is to catch The Las Vegas Spectaclar, Blue Man Group and Peepshow. Well, aside from checking an outlet store near there, I am also looking forward to try the slot machines in the casinos. Who knows, I may have my luck! I'm excited for this trip. It should really push through, otherwise, it means war! lol!

Celebrating...
my XX year today! I'm happy and at peace on whatever I have become. The Lord is so gracious to me and my whole family. My blessings are countless, immeasureable!
I am looking forward to more wonderful years. I have learned now to enjoy every bit of my life. To stop and smell the flowers, to enjoy every waking moments, to be on the comforts of friends and family and just breathing this life to the best of what it is to come.

The parties are coming up...
so I am doing a major cleaning up in the new house. Need to get also a new vane vacuum pump so we can clean properly the new furnitures. With kids in the house, you feel like there's a storm that came by whenever they play. And the dust as well in the recent fixtures placed in our living room, made the sofa set a bit dusty. I hope the husband would get me a new one as I also want something that is a rotary vacuum. I am not sure if the ones I see in the mall would be a good choice already. Otherwise, I might just order online.
