Is it summer?
It is supposed to be rainy season already in our part of the globe but looks and feels like it is still summer season. It's been freaking hot since yesterday!
Now, I am getting more scared on what the rainy season would bring. Weather Bureau in the country is saying that this year would bring more storms in our area of responsibility. After the tremendous turmoil of experiencing a heavy typhoon about two years ago, wondering if it is necessary to invest in storm shelter. I hope there could be companies who can actually develop this idea in the country. The government should make extra effort to tie up with these companies so those communities which are usually hit by the storm can be spared from any calamities.

Something came in today!

Yey! My ordered photo books came in today! I am so happy. I finally ordered from Artscow. And I only paid for the shipping. I am so glad that Mr. Postman in our area was so efficient to deliver the goods right to our doorstep. Now, I am inspired to do more photo books! But I have so many albums to do. I hope I start working on the travels cause apparently, one of the albums I made was our Singapore Trip last July 2008. Yes, major backlog! I need to catch up well. Wish me luck!

Tweegram

It's the latest application craze. I'm in twitter. I'm in Instragram and now I am in Tweegram. There is a thrill in sharing online your ideas, emotions and pictures to friends. It feels like you are always talking to someone. Feels like you always have someone by your side to support your qualms and frets. Feels like someone is always liking your pictures and sharing your happiness. I love my online life!

Is it still an "IN" thing?
So tell me, is jeux xbox still an "IN" thing nowadays? I wonder if my 16-year old nephew would still like it if we give him something like that as an advance graduation gift. Or an iPad will do better? But of course I cannot give him a brand new one. I would rather get something refurbished, lol! I am sure my brother will just agree to get him an iPad so he can benefit as well. Though I heard from my nephew before that he still likes to get an Xbox as a gift. I have to see if I can find a good deal online. Maybe I should settle for that as for sure it is more affordable than an iPad. ;)

Big Space...
Before I even review the life insurance quotes I got from different agents, let me share to you a beautiful room. I love big spaces like this. This room is actually 107 square meters. It's even bigger than our living room. It has a whirlpool outside its veranda and a quant space as a den. Rental rate for an overnight stay for this room is actually around $350 per night. Quite steep right? It comes with a gourmet breakfast which is actually a very good one. Now, I am thinking to stay on this bed and breakfast inn one of these days especially now that it is on 40% off.

It goes with the age...
The husband has been a varsity player for basketball since he was in grade school. He was actually a star player in their batch. He loves the game so much that he even considered the half court construction of basketball in our lawn. But recently, he has not been playing the game anymore because of his busy schedule with work. Aside from that, he also does not feel too fit to play anymore because he has gained extra pounds already. And I would always tell him that it actually goes with the age too as he often complains about his painful knees. In truth, if he continues to play, he might even need a knee brace for basketball games he would play.

No Water!
I cannot believe that we do not have water when I woke up this morning. Worst, we do not even have water storage in our water drum. Oh and I have to stress all the time to the household help how important it is to always make sure that we have water in our stainless steel drum at the backyard. I pity the kids as they weren't able to take a bath before going to school. Good thing, they already did last night. Crossing fingers that water supply will be restored in just a couple of hours.

Someone is getting married!
I received a great news from a friend today that she is getting married! Finally! I was so happy for her. In fact, her relationship with her boyfriend has been going on for the past 10 years so it is really about time to take one level up. I am so glad about this news that I even offered that I would take care of her bridal shower invitations. I even volunteered my services as her wedding planner. Of course she was very happy with my gesture.

The House Oracle Test
You Are Both an Introvert and an Extrovert |
![]() You are honest and comfortable in your own skin. You don't show off, but you never hide who you are either. You like to weigh all of your options before making a decision. You are apt to look for a compromise. You are responsible and determined to do the right thing. There is often a lot on your plate, but you handle it all well. You rely on yourself first and foremost. You know that you won't ever let yourself down. |

Research Paper on Alcoholism
I have to help my cousin for her research paper about effective alcohol rehab treatment centers. I have checked online and found out that the Malibu Horizon is a known alcohol rehab in the US. Based on their site, they have effective and unique rehabilitation programs to address alcoholism. Looks like they are also catering to some Hollywood celebrities. I wouldn't be surprised as they they also treat each case with utmost confidentiality. Their site is a great lead for my cousin's term paper.
